1. Registration Confirmation o Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a completed registration form accompanied by valid payment details. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please review all information carefully to ensure accuracy. 2. Payment Terms o Registration fees must be received by January 10, 2026. Registration without full payment will be considered incomplete and may result in early registration being forfeited. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Visa, Mada, and bank transfers. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy o Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers at info@omaintec.com. Refunds will be subject to a processing fee charged by the bank. o Refund requests will be processed within 14 days after the event date. o Please note that no refunds will be granted for non-attendance. 4. Event Changes o The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, venue, schedule, or speakers as necessary. Registered attendees will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible. 5. Data Privacy o Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used strictly for event management purposes.
