The journey of a health care professional is exceptionally challenging. Health career guidance has been nearly forgotten in the healthcare programs for a long time. At times of stress, and uncertainties, students and juniors indeed require support and guidance from peers and mentors.

The highly competitive nature of the healthcare profession hinders many students from joining post-graduate studies of their choice.  This requires them to understand the best approach to achieve their dreams.

We bring The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and program directors together with trainees, hoping to fill the gaps and better understand the authoritative bodies and training programs.

We invite all Health Care professionals in KSA to this comprehensive conference on career paths and mentorship that will expectantly satisfy the trainees' needs and diminish their worries.

More than 20 speakers are participating in delivering rich topics and conducting around 20-panel discussions. Adding around 37 workshops to the conference will further guide the trainees, improve their skills and equip them with tools and guidance to elevate their challenging career journey.
